Our mission is to uplift and empower youth by providing hands-on mentorship, job skill training, academic support through tutoring, and meaningful life experiences. We believe in changing the mindset of our youth through consistent, positive action—whether that’s learning a trade, exploring new environments through group outings, or building confidence through education and support.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support, guidance, and resources that enable young individuals to realize and reach their full potential. Through structured mentorship, hands-on job training, and dynamic workshops, HBHCDC fosters confidence, cultivates leadership, and instills a strong work ethic in the next generation—preparing them not only for the workforce, but for lifelong success.

The Handy Blessed Hands Community Development Corporation’s youth mentoring program vision is to inspire and transform the lives of our youth, ages 13 to 17, by equipping them with essential life skills, trade experience, and personal growth opportunities. We envision a future where every mentee emerges as a confident, capable, and purpose-driven individual, empowered to contribute positively to their communities and succeed in life. Through hands-on training in the areas of trades, social etiquette, financial literacy, self-sufficiency and more, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow with resilience, skill, and leadership.
